Shipping within the United Kingdom

We currently ship to UK addresses only, however some partner brands may ship outside.

Standard Delivery

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a trusted UK courier

• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods such as holidays or launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging and Sustainability

We use eco-conscious packaging materials where possible and take great care to ensure each order arrives safely and beautifully presented. If you would like to include a gift message, you can leave a note at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one parcel.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays and Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@thelittlehive.co.uk and we will investigate. Please note that occasional delays with Royal Mail and couriers may occur and are beyond our control.

Some items are shipped directly from Partner Brands. If your order includes items from multiple brands, they may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking details. Shipping times for Partner Brand items are stated on each product page or confirmation email.
