From seasonal chills to everyday aches, the SMUG Zebra Print Soothing Body Wrap has you covered. Infused with lavender and suitable for hot or cold use, this versatile wrap brings comfort and calm wherever you need it most—across your shoulders, back, stomach, or head.
Microwave for warmth in winter or freeze for refreshing summer relief.
How to Use
For cold relief, place the wrap in the freezer for 1–3 hours depending on your preferred temperature. If too cold, wrap in a towel before applying. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, or less if it feels uncomfortable.
For heat therapy, warm the wrap in the microwave alongside a microwave-safe glass half-filled with water. Heat in 30-second intervals, moving the wrap between each to ensure even heat.
Maximum heating times:
• 2 minutes at 850W
• 3 minutes at 600W
Test the temperature on your wrist before use. Apply for 10–20 minutes, with a 20–30 minute break before reheating or reapplying.
