- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
- UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
- Free UK shipping on orders over £50.
- All items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.
- Some items are sent via dropshipping and so the shipping will vary for these - please contact us if you are unsure
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@littlehive.co.uk for instructions.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, teethers, and comforters cannot be returned unless faulty.
