Returns

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, teethers, and comforters cannot be returned unless faulty.

Built for adventure-loving families, the Jané Trider features three large puncture-proof PU rubber wheels, independent long-travel suspension and an adjustable shock absorber for smooth handling across city streets and country paths alike.
The elevated, reversible seat unit allows parent-facing reassurance or forward-facing exploration, while the lightweight aluminium chassis folds compactly for easy storage. An extra-large UV50+ extendable hood, raincover, coordinating liner and pram bag complete the package.
This bundle includes the Be Cool Travel Carrier i-Size car seat (40–85 cm), approved to R-129 regulations and designed for rear-facing installation using either the vehicle seat belt or optional Isofix base. For enhanced newborn comfort, the optional Jané Transporter Plus Carrycot provides a spacious, ventilated and overnight-suitable environment.
