Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, teethers, and comforters cannot be returned unless faulty.

Expertly engineered by Jané, the Akira Pushchair is built to make your daily strolls smoother and more enjoyable. It features a lightweight yet robust aluminium chassis, and suspension on all four wheels for effortless handling across urban paths and uneven surfaces. Its large front and rear wheels (16.5 cm and 24.1 cm respectively) ensure a steady, bump-free ride for your little one.
The 51 cm high backrest, combined with a 3-position recline (110°, 140°, 165°) and adjustable footrest, offers ergonomic support and lie-flat comfort from birth onwards. An extendable UPF 50+ canopy with visor and mesh ventilation panel shields your child from harsh sunlight while keeping airflow steady on warmer days.
Weighing only 8.5 kg, the Akira folds down compactly with just one hand and stands upright for convenient storage—perfect for tight hallways or car boots. With its modern styling, leatherette details, and thoughtfully designed features, the Akira balances luxury with daily practicality.
