Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@littlehive.co.uk for instructions.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, teethers, and comforters cannot be returned unless faulty.

Our beloved Baby Comforter is now available in a very special design. Comforters can help soothe babies when they experience change, such as hospital visits, immunisation or starting daycare. When used as part of a sleep routine, a comforter can help your little one soothe themselves back to sleep.
You can now choose to personalise the bunny with a subtle and stylish embroidery font. Embroidered initials or your little one's name on the BACK of the bunny comforter.
Please leave us a message on the checkout page if you wish to have the name embroidered on the front.

Care Instruction:
- Machine Washable: 30°C (please use a laundry bag)

- Do not tumble dry (Lay flat to dry)

- Safety warning: keep away from fire. Don’t leave the comforter in the cot overnight unsupervised. Safe sleep practices advise that the comforter is removed from the child’s sleep environment once they are asleep.
