Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, teethers, and comforters cannot be returned unless faulty.

The TOG 1.5 is perfect for keeping a child warm overnight in rooms between 18C-21C or 22C-23C (please see below our table for more information). The tog rating means that there is no need for additional blankets in the cot when using this product, making it a safe sleep option.
